Testing Made Simple: Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using Testing Made Simple’s software testing services (“Services”), you, as the Client, agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, which govern all service agreements between you and Testing Made Simple (“Company”). 2. Services Provided

Testing Made Simple provides comprehensive software testing services, including but not limited to:

  • Functional testing
  • Performance testing
  • Security testing
  • User experience (UX) testing
  • Automation testing
  • Consultation and reporting services

These services will be provided as specified in individual Service Agreements, which outline the scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees associated with each project.

3. Service Agreement and Payment

  • Scope of Work: Each project’s specific requirements, deliverables, and timeline will be defined in a separate Service Agreement, which must be signed by both parties prior to the commencement of work.
  • Payment Terms: Payment details, including fees, invoicing, and deadlines, are outlined in the Service Agreement. Testing Made Simple reserves the right to halt services or withhold deliverables until payment obligations are met.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • Services Warranty: Testing Made Simple will perform all services professionally and in accordance with industry standards. However, Testing Made Simple does not guarantee that the testing results will be error-free, nor does it warrant that the software will be free from bugs post-testing.
  • Limitation of Liability: Testing Made Simple will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Services. Testing Made Simple’s liability in connection with any service agreement is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the specific project.

8. Indemnity

  • Client Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Testing Made Simple harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of deliverables provided, misuse of services, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Client.

9. Termination of Agreement
